Delivery and Returns

UK Standard Delivery

We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £80 and pay basic fee for orders less than £80. Our delivery time period is between 3 to 7 working days depending on the time you place your order on our website.

Our couriers are offering contact-free delivery as standard, which means no hand-to-hand contact. Your parcel will be left safely at your door, but if you have a safe place you’d prefer your order to be kept, please let us know by adding a note to the delivery instructions at checkout. Please note, some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our couriers safe.


Return your purchase to us within 30 days of dispatch of your order by post with your dispatch note or receipt as proof of purchase for a refund. All goods which you are returning must be unused, have all tags attached, in good packaging order and be in their original condition (including packaging and labelling). If you use the goods or remove or tamper with any of the tags attached to the goods, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on:

  • jewellery worn in a piercing
  • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed

Delivery and return costs are not refundable.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders made online. If you wish to exercise your cancellation rights please contact us to make a request or check with us first.

Refund Policy

If you believe your product is faulty please return it back to us within 30 days of purchase, note refund will only apply if the faulty item issue is from our side. Do not open or further damaged the product if you are not satisfied with it, send it back to us as soon as you noticed there is a fault within 30 days.

General refunds will apply if the item is not to your satisfactory however must be unopened from package, unused and in good condition as shipped to you and that its in a condition that we can sell to the next person. Once item is returned to us within selected time frame, we will them inspect the product and make sure all is fine before issue you a refund to the method of payments that you use to make the purchase.

We will however deduct percentage from your refunds for the shipping cost of sending the product to you. Please contact us or check with us before applying for refunds, returns or if you have general questions.
