You have 28 days from the despatch of your orderto return your purchase for a refund, by post with your despatch note as proof of purchase.

Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) and have all tags attached. If you use the item or remove/tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy. 

If you receive the items from your order on different days, this cancellation period shall end 14 days after the day on which you receive the final item of your order. You must then return your order in full without delay, either by post (at your own cost and risk), or to the store (free). All goods contained in your order must be returned in their original condition (together with all packaging and labelling) and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.

Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on: 

• perishable items
• jewellery to be worn in a piercing
• items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed
• customisable goods
• 
  

Can I cancel my order?
 

At this time, you may only cancel an order if the order has not been shipped/assigned a tracking number. 

If your order has been shipped/assigned a tracking number, we are not able to accommodate cancellations. Please utilize our Returns process and you will be provided with a return label for your order. Once the returned package is received & processed at our facility, you will be refunded for the order.
