You have 28 days from the date of despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund including a proof of purchase. Any item being returned must be new, unused and in its original packaging and labelling with all tags attached. You will forfeit your right to return the product(s) under our returns policy if you have used the item or you have removed/tampered with the tags.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund unless the item is defective and the fees for delivery and return are not refundable. If you receive your items on different days, the cancellation period will end 14 days after the day you receive the last item in your order. You must then promptly return your entire order by post (at your own cost and risk). All items in your order must be returned in their initial form (with all packing and labelling) and show no evidence of use or damage. If the goods do not reach this level, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
If you receive a faulty item, please return it to us along with proof of purchase so that we can inspect it and determine the problem. If the item is defective, we will refund or exchange it. We will not issue a refund if the item is not defective but has been subjected to excessive wear and tear, overuse, or malicious damage. For refunds, please allow 15 working days to receive your refund.
If you’re returning an item and want the same item in a different size or colour or just a replacement, you’ll need to place a new order online for the item you want. Your new order will be sent directly to you, and we will process your return as soon as we get it, in accordance with our returns policy. However, the cost of postage is your responsibility.
